04 Q:How long is your machine’s guarantee time?

Whole machine one year, electrical equipment 6 months (except wearing parts) 

05 Q.How about the spare parts?

After we finish our deal, we will offer you a spare parts list for your reference.

Make sure we can long-term supply the relevant components of machines and the maintenace service. But after the free period of service, you need to pay some charge according on the actual situation such as travel expense,standard hour plan and the components cost (factory price).

06 Q:How many workers are needed to operate the machine?

1-4 people According to the worker's operation skill level.
